As an SHG woman, I've seen how a little support can make a huge difference. Many of us, like Jhini Kandha and Nandini Mandal, receive twenty or thirty thousand rupees from the government. With this, we start poultry farming or open a small grocery shop. It's not just about earning money; it's about finding our own path, becoming a leader in our family’s livelihood and securing our future. This small assistance empowers us to manage financially.
Our farmers, too, understand this deeply. People like Nikadam Majhi and Ganesh Majhi know that fifty thousand rupees for seeds or machinery can transform their fields. It allows them to do good farming, which means better harvests and a stronger family. This shared experience shows us that even a small amount of assistance, when applied to a practical skill, can truly blossom into a sustainable way of life for everyone.
