Bring Traditional Millets to School Meals

By incorporating local, traditional grains like ragi and millet into school lunch programs, communities can significantly improve children's health and well-being.

Bring Traditional Millets to School Meals
I've seen firsthand how important good food is for our children. If we provide ragi, foxtail millet, pearl millet, and kodo millet in their school meals, even just two or three days a week, their health will surely improve. These traditional grains are not just food; they are strength and vitality for our young ones. This simple change can make a profound difference. When children eat local, nutritious food, they are healthier, more energetic, and better able to learn. It's a way to nurture their growth and ensure their well-being, rooted in the wisdom of our own land and its produce.
