For example, we talk about our Rabi crops and how to protect them—wheat, chickpea, toria, and local indigenous seeds. We cultivate mustard and protect it. These are the practices that have sustained us. And it's not just farming; it's also for folk tales, to pass them on to the second generation, keeping our stories alive. This continuous sharing keeps our traditions vibrant. It's how our community stays connected to its roots, ensuring that the wisdom of our ancestors continues to benefit those who come after us.
