My name is Suruchi Pradhan. The government has given me a grant of 5000 rupees. With that money, I buy chickens. I raise those chickens and manage my family expenses or livelihood. Many of us here in Raikia dream of similar small starts – whether it's cultivating mushrooms, opening a small shop, or selling vegetables. With just twenty thousand rupees, or even less, we can begin something that not only supports our families but also helps our children with their studies and buying books. It's about taking that small initial support and turning it into a sustainable way to live and grow.
