We also see a huge problem with middlemen and brokers demanding bribes to get government work done across departments like RTO, revenue, and health. The solution is clear: digitize all services. This allows the public to directly access services, cutting out the corruption and delays. Imagine getting a license in 24 hours through digitalization and AI, instead of the complicated, non-transparent procedures we face now. We need a transparent system that builds accountability for officials and elected representatives, and a culture of seeking feedback from citizens. Proactive policies, implemented before problems arise, are key. This requires a shift from a reactive to a proactive approach, where the government truly trusts and empowers its people.
